Nobody Gets Justice in this Country Without the Help of the News Media

I am trying to expose a criminal conspiracy by the authorities of the United Kingdom that has continued unbroken from approximately 1993 to date. The evidence enclosed proves that this is a very deep criminal conspiracy and subsequent cover-up involving the Legal Aid Board, police, courts, Bolton council and following individuals:

Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council

Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council brought a private criminal prosecution against me (Refer Doc. 22) and gained a conviction. My evidence proves this was, in fact, a carefully planned crime planned by the authorities from the very beginning.

In March 1994, Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council also brought a private criminal prosecution against me for unlawful harassment (Refer Doc. 22). This was a Landlord versus Tenant case, but I was not a professional landlord. It came to trial on the 2nd 3rd and 4th of March at Bolton Crown Court. I was convicted and sentenced to 28 days in prison plus £1000 costs. I did not appeal on the advice of my barrister Mr Walsh, but this was bad advice, as this conviction had been gained with the use of false evidence and perjury. This prosecution had also been brought with the use of Legal Aid when Legal Aid is not available to bring such a prosecution.

I received fours letters from the Legal Aid Board requesting payment for this fraud - refer Doc's 1 2 3 and 4. Document 5 proves that I paid my legal aid contributions.

Then, by the issuing of various fraudulent court orders, some in the form of charging orders on my house, I have been made liable for payment for this fraud. Altogether I have been issued with thirteen fraudulent court orders by Bolton County Court, but I have only listed eleven: doc's 6 through to 16 (See the reference documents list at top of page). The date on these documents is the 22nd February 1995; absolutely nothing took place in Bolton County Court on that date that related to me.

Police and Courts

On the 20th February 2002, and again on the 15th March 2002, my house was literally stolen from me twice by the police. On the 20th February 2002, Bolton police officers and Bolton County Court bailiffs came to my house, 22 Sharman street Bolton. The police officers arrested me; I was not told why I had been arrested, and I was held overnight in Bolton Central police station. Next morning, I had still not been told why I had been arrested and was taken from the police station in the back of a police van. I did not know where I was being taken until I arrived at Bury Magistrates Court. Eventually, when in court, I finally discovered the reason why I had been arrested: It was for the fine on a warrant - refer Doc. 17. I did not owe this fine, and I was not given any documentation by Bury Magistrates Court. Documentation had been withheld at every opportunity.

At the same time I was arrested, the bailiffs took possession of my house with the use of two blatantly fraudulent court orders for possession - (refer Doc 15 and Doc 16). I pointed out all of the frauds on these documents to the police officers, but they said there was nothing wrong with them. On the 30th May 2002, my house was sold by auction for £ 17,500. I only owed £ 6000 on my mortgage but have not received a penny from the sale.

Chief Constable Fahy

I have reported this eleven times altogether, in detail, with the evidence of a very deep criminal conspiracy involving police officers and senior police officers; specifically to two Chief Constables. Doc 18 and Doc 19 show the depth of the cover up. Chief Constable Fahy has completely ignored my last two reports.

Initially I put in my application of notice for Grounds to Appeal eight times to Master Venne, the Registrar of the Criminal Appeals Office to The High Court of Justice, who despite my making my situation perfectly clear, insisted that I put them in through Bolton Crown Court (Refer Doc.21).

Bolton Crown Court

I put in my applications forms - notice for grounds to appeal, Via Bolton Crown Court to a Mr T Anderson, court manager of Bolton Crown Court five times in total. He has returned all my applications, stating it is nothing to do with them. (Refer Doc. 20.)

Mr Anderson has completely ignored my last two appeal applications. Dated the 28 - 7 - 09 and the 24 - 8 - 09. He is also withholding very important evidence.

I have sent all of my correspondence to the police and the courts by special delivery.

Prior to this prosecution, I had not been in trouble with the law since 1974 when I was fined £ 50 for injuring a man in a fight.
